Permanent jewelry is applied with an arc welding machine which welds metals together in a fraction of a second. Because the ends of the chain is welded together, there is no need for clasps!

No! Permanent jewelry does not hurt. You will not feel a thing as the welding is done to the metal and not to the skin. The welding machine only reacts to metal, so even if it comes in contact with your skin, there won’t be a spark.

Yes, permanent jewelry can be removed by cutting the jump ring with wire cutters or scissors! We recommend cutting at the jump ring in case you decide to re-weld it (we don’t charge for re-welding if you bring your original NL chain).

Permanent jewelry is a low-maintenance option, but not completely maintenance-free! Regularly wash it with warm water and gentle soap, then pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid lotions and perfumes near the jewelry, as chemicals can build up. While designed to be durable, be cautious of snags and pulling. With proper care, your piece will last!

Permanent jewelry is designed to be long-lasting, but that doesn’t mean it is indestructible - it is still fine, dainty jewelry! Negligence, chemical exposure, and snags can cause breakage or tarnishing.

We offer a variety of .925 sterling silver, 14k gold filled, and 14k rose gold filled chains. These chains are hypoallergenic, tarnish free, and durable.

We are happy to create a custom-fitted, personalized chain for anyone looking for a piece that can be removed using a clasp. We offer easy magnetic clasps or a traditional clasp in both gold and silver.
If you find that you never take it off in the first place, you can always come back and get it welded.

If your permanent jewelry breaks from being snagged or stretched, don’t worry! We will do our best to repair it. Simply put the bracelet in a safe place and schedule a repair.
Just because permanent jewelry is meant to be long-lasting, it does not mean it is indestructible! When not taken care of, any item of jewelry is vulnerable to damage.
Please keep in mind that we do not replace, reimburse, or refund misplaced chains.

Yes! You can keep your permanent jewelry on while going through security.

Yes! Permanent jewelry is tarnish-free. You can shower, bathe, go to the beach, swim, wash dishes, etc. in your permanent jewelry.
